Frequently asked questions

Do I own the code?: Yes. Once we hand over, the full codebase and documentation are yours. If you ever want to switch supplier, you can — nothing has to be rebuilt from scratch.
How do payments work in the shops you build?: Through Stripe — cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Money lands in your bank account, not ours. If you also need bank transfer or invoicing, we add it alongside.
Can you connect my existing systems?: If it has an API or an export, yes — accounting, CRM, e-commerce, delivery, email. Before we start we check what the existing systems actually expose.
Will the AI assistant answer accurately?: We train it on your products, documents and FAQs. When it doesn't know, it points to a human instead of guessing.
Can we edit the content ourselves after launch?: Yes. Every system ships with an admin panel your team uses without technical knowledge — the same way we run this site.
How long does it take?: Depends on scope. The timeline is written into the quote before we sign anything, not left to a footnote.

Short version: the founder spent about 18 years living and working in London before setting up RETURN. That's the hook, and it's the reason UK work feels natural to us — we know how UK clients brief a project, what UK standards look like, and how to talk about the work without corporate boilerplate.
